Praying Church – Prayer works, it brings results. Remember Peter’s imprisonment and what happened as the church prayed. Acts 12 : 1 – 19. Prayer is absolutely the survival mechanism for Christ followers. We pray to the Lord for His Kingdom to come and His will be done on the earth. God promised, if my people called by my name will HUMBLE themselves and PRAY, SEEK MY FACE and TURNED from their wicked ways, I will HEAR them from heaven, FORGIVE their sins and HEAL their land. 2 Chronicles 7 : 12 – 16
Prayer is one of the pillars of the life of the church –
- It helps our Limitations, Ephesians 2:1- 10; Romans 8 : 26 – 27
- It revives our soul. Ezekiel 37 :1 – 10
- It shakes off carnality and builds our broken defense system. Jeremiah 1:10
- It shakes off spells that have been cast by evil spirits and quickens our spirit to overcome. John 10: 10
I edge you to take your issues to the Lord in prayer and you will experience that great power of His presence. 1 Samuel 1 : 9 – 23
