I.   Membership   –  to be a member of The International Community Church, Houston, is free, you only have to express the willingness to be a member, after accepting and confessing Jesus

Christ as your Lord and Savior, and fill a membership form.

 a.   After filling the membership form, the person will go through a Ninety days membership justification process to be recognized and accepted into membership after the ninety days     membership justification period, the new member have a choice to make, either to be a member or not.

The New Members will go through New Membership Classes to ground and root them in their walk with God.

Financial commitments Freewill offering, Tithes, Fund-Raiser for projects, thanksgiving, etc

  1. Every member shall support the church with freewill offering at every service.
  2. Every members shall support the church with the Tithes monthly.(tithes is 10% of one’s income)
  3. Once in each year, there will be fund-raiser towards church projects. Every member shall support the church.
  4. Thanksgiving offering at the last day of the year, this is a freewill offering to acknowledge and thank God for His provision and protection.

This is what I pledged to do as a member of the Body of Christ

  1. I will be a Functioning Church member –  I will find my role and play it with all my heart, my strength, my mind and might.
  2. I will be a Unifying Church member –   I will be reference point of unity
  3. I will not let my church be about my preferences and desires –  the ways of God are different
  4. I will pray for my church leaders –  I will be an intercessor
  5. I will lead my family to be healthy church members –  I will be an evangelist in my family
  6. I will treasure church membership as a gift –  Jesus died for me, I will also die for others
