- A package from God designed to deliver man from sin and restore him to his lost glory. Romans 6 : 23
- The present experience of God’s power to deliver man from the bondage of sin, where “salvation” is assured to them, as being deliverance from the wrath of God destined to be executed upon the ungodly at the end of this age 1 Thessalonians 1:10 2 Thessalonians 2:13; Hebrews 1:14; 9:28; 1 Peter 1:5; 2 Peter 3:15;
- The spiritual and eternal deliverance granted immediately by God to those who accept His conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus. In whom alone it is to be obtained, Acts 4:12 And upon confession of Him as Lord, Romans 10:10; for this purpose the gospel is the saving instrument. Romans 1:16; Ephesians1:13
- Salvation is a free gift from God, it has nothing to do with works, it is by accepting that you are a sinner, and that you cannot save yourself. Accepting Jesus as your Lord and personal savior for dying on the cross for you, you will be saved. Romans 10 : 9 – 13; Ephesians 2 : 8 – 9
